About the role:

CommandLink is on a preliminary search for a dynamic IT Executive to lead our technology initiatives and drive our IT strategy forward. This is the opportunity you have been looking for to own building and scaling a successful IT program at one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the B2B IT space. We are looking for a leader who gets things done with velocity. This role will be pivotal in driving technology innovation and efficiency for our high-value services, including network services, IT security, and managed services delivered through our innovative CommandLink SaaS platform. Our ideal candidate is someone with a robust background in IT management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, who can spearhead strategic technology initiatives across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives to support CommandLink's business objectives.

• Lead the planning and execution of technology strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Manage a global IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless technology integration.

• Analyze and report on technology performance, using insights to continuously optimize operations and demonstrate ROI.

• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to innovate and improve IT processes.

• Work with external vendors and partners to enhance technology capabilities.

 What you’ll need for success:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in IT management with a significant focus on strategic technology initiatives. Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and optimizing IT strategies using a variety of technology platforms.

• Experience with AI tools and strategies to rapidly produce high-quality results in an accelerated fashion.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, showcasing innovation and results in technology initiatives.
