He will lead the company’s Software Engineering and Software Product organizations, guiding the continued evolution of Command|Link’s enterprise platform, including Command|Monitor (real-time network visibility), Security (MDR/NDR/XDR), and Pro (a feature-rich ITSM platform).

At Splunk, he supported cloud operations during a period of hyper-growth, improving both efficiency and reliability. Most recently at JumpCloud, he implemented service ownership models that strengthened accountability, improved delivery predictability, and empowered teams to move with clarity and purpose.
